● Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
● Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized jewelry unless faulty.
International Customers:
● Return Window: 21 days from the date of delivery.
● Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
● Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized jewelry unless faulty.
2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure that:
● The item is unused and undamaged.
● The original packaging is intact.
● All tags, labels, and accessories are included.
● Custom-made or personalized items are only refundable if they are faulty or damaged
upon arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
● Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless faulty).
● Gift cards or voucher codes.
● Final sale items clearly marked as such.
● Perishable goods such as flowers or food items.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Local Customers (Pakistan):
● Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
faulty or was incorrectly delivered.

return request.
International Customers:
● Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
faulty or was incorrectly delivered.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Jewel Paradise Private Limited cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Customers:
● Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after
receiving the returned item.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to
appear in your account.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at

availability.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

● Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or refunded
unless there is a defect or error on our part.
● Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
