● FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) Registration: Our NTN number is E936125-8, making us a tax-compliant entity.

● Sindh Professional Tax: We are in the process of registering with the SRB (Sindh Revenue Board). As soon as our registration is complete, the SRB registration number will be updated on our website.

● TDAP (Trade Development Authority of Pakistan): Similarly, once our TDAP registration is finalized, the TDAP registration number will also be provided for our customers’ reference.

This ensures that Jewel Paradise Private Limited adheres to all local and national tax and regulatory laws, further solidifying our commitment to transparency, trust, and high business standards.

3. USE OF SERVICES

Shipping Rates:

7. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy for local customers and a 21-day return policy for international customers. Refunds or exchanges are accepted under the following terms:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-refundable unless faulty.
Shipping fees for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

8. TRADE RULES

Shipping:

We ship locally in Pakistan and internationally. Delivery times vary, and you will be given an estimate at checkout. Jewel Paradise Private Limited is not responsible for customs duties or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Insurance:
